Illustrator I

Duration: 6+ Months (40hrs/weeks)

Position Summary:

Utilize computer-aided design (CAD, Solidworks and ArtisoCAD) software to create 2D or 3D mechanical drawings for packaging components.

Primary Responsibility:

• Generate 2D or 3D drawings according to internal and industry standards, based on notes, existing drawings, verbal instructions, and or specifications.

• Create drawings using GD&T principles.

• Document updates to design and maintain engineering drawings files on the CAD system of current and new components in accordance with engineering change procedures.

• Maintain a schedule of current and upcoming work.

• Hold coordinated meeting with internal/ external stakeholders.

• Good communication skills

• Proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Years of Experience: 2-5 years

Education:

• Certificate in SolidWorks Drafting
• Bachelor's degree in mechanical Engineer
• Knowledgeable in GD&T
