Position Requirements:           

• Familiarity with Aircraft Interiors
• Working knowledge of aircraft maintenance programs
• BS in Engineering - minimum
• 5 years experience - minimum Surrounding team/key projects , A319 EIS

Job Description:

• Develops interior equipment specifications, interior maintenance programs and specifications. Investigates reliability/serviceability problems, and designs/develops corrective actions. Provides technical interface with manufacturers and suppliers. Develops Engineering Orders to modify aircraft interior equipment and/or configurations. Provides engineering support to Flight, Marketing, Quality Assurance and Aircraft Production in addition to supporting engineering related programs and objectives.

Qualifications:

• BS/MS Degree in Aeronautical/Aerospace/Mechanical Engineering discipline from an accredited college/university. Familiarity with aircraft interiors, regulatory requirements and AA engineering practices preferred. Must have good interpersonal skills and work well with other groups. Level to be determined based upon qualifications and experience of candidate.
