IT Organizational Change Management

Duration: 6 Months

Position Requirements:           

  • The IT Organizational Change Management contractor will work with the appropriate Constellation Organizational Change Management Leads, and other business stakeholders to ensure effective organizational change management strategies are utilized to help employees transition from the current state to the desired future state, based on project goals. The IT Organizational Change Management contractor will develop and deliver tactical deliverables in fulfilment of stakeholder engagement, communication, training and other organizational change management plans and activities as assigned. Additionally, will work closely with key Creative Arts, Media, and Strategic Communications team members.
  • Work with project teams and the Organizational Change Led to develop, design, and deliver communications strategy and plans for large IT projects.
  • Willingness to use company methodology, tools, and templates.
  • Ability to synthesize information from stakeholder analysis and change impact assessments into a communications strategy and plan
  • Ability to develop innovative, visually appealing communications content in an environment where email is over-used
  • Must be able to modify message and vehicles to address multiple stakeholder groups and preferences.
  • Strong attention to detail when developing communications content. Must be able to understand audience needs and be able to work within company branding guidelines.
  • Very quick learner, who can work in an ever-changing environment and navigate a complex, matrixed organization.
  • Experience leading or supporting the entire scope of communication activities for technology implementation that causes change for 3000+ employees in both systems used and processes.

  • Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Adobe suite, video scribe, PonToon, or similar program
  • Written, verbal and visual communication.
  • Building strong visual presentations.
  • Ability to analyze and synthesize quantitative and qualitative information.
