IT Project Engineer

Duration: 09 Months (Contract to Permanent)

  • Digital Customer Experience Project Manager /Web PM/ Business Analyst *no programming needed*(leave coverage for FTE) familiar with JIRA, opening a lot of tickets, perhaps budget management.

Duration: 8-9 months Teams video conf. interviews

  • 100% remote East coast based preferred, flexibility to start early on some morning 7am EST, will connect on occasion with other global team members.
  • Very web-oriented, covering this aspect of Ana’s job at a global level. Migrating to another domain within 64 countries. Extremely customer oriented. Web experience, user experience.
  • JIRA good to have skill, or something similar with technical familiarity. Ability to transfer business requirements to workflows for the team.

  • Ability to challenge/ask questions, not to be passive/shy.
  • Cross training with hiring manager and team in January
  • We are seeking a skilled and motivated Digital Customer Experience Project Manager to oversee the successful execution of our web development projects.
  • In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams in a global environment and ensuring timely delivery of a best-inclass digital customer experience

 

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and monitor web development projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered within scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Coordinate with multiple stakeholders, to define project requirements and objectives.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, assigning tasks, and ensuring collaboration and effective communication among team members.
  • Use project management methodologies and tools, such as Jira or similar, to plan, track progress, and manage project documentation.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address project challenges and facilitate decision making.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure the feasibility and technical viability of project deliverables.
  • Monitor and report project status, milestones, and key metrics to stakeholders, providing timely updates and addressing any concerns or deviations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3-5 years of related experience in web project management or a similar role.
  • Understanding of web development processes, customer journey mapping and web performance metrics.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
  • Knowledge of Content Management Systems (CMS), web analytics, SEO best practices, and UX principles is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities
