Learning and Development Manager
Duration: Full time permanent
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Talent Development (leadership development/ competence management/ succession management).
- Having experience in content design in Articulate.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Articulate software.
- Working knowledge in Articulate software and content design.
- The candidate will be working with multiple stakeholders and business partners.
- Working knowledge of the rise or storyline.
- Knowledge of learning management systems.
- Must have experience in working with large complex organizations.
- Participated in global projects.
- Experience in developing people and organizations.
- Minimum of 2 years of Human Resources experience.
- Will be working with Addie on Learning development methodologies /6 Ds of learning.
