Learning and Development Manager

Duration: Full time permanent

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Talent Development (leadership development/ competence management/ succession management).
  • Having experience in content design in Articulate.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in Articulate software.
  • Working knowledge in Articulate software and content design.
  • The candidate will be working with multiple stakeholders and business partners.
  • Working knowledge of the rise or storyline.
  • Knowledge of learning management systems.
  • Must have experience in working with large complex organizations.
  • Participated in global projects.
  • Experience in developing people and organizations.
  • Minimum of 2 years of Human Resources experience.
  • Will be working with Addie on Learning development methodologies /6 Ds of learning.
