Learning Specialist/Trainer I (Professional)
Duration: 5 Months
- Support/facilitate/deliver learning and development activities for Protein Sciences and Swiftwater sites.
- The role supports the design and delivery of the annual training plans to maintain a compliant GXP Site Training Program and achieve strategic business results.
- This role will support the execution of the training plan through consulting and delivery of appropriate learning solutions. S/he interacts with and influences low to mid-level managers and supervisors to understand business goals and performance needs, develops, and executes learning plans aligned to the broader function, and routinely engages with key stakeholders to ensure learning solutions continue to support and positively drive desired outcomes.
- Support functional compliance activities related to deviations and CAPAs.
- Provide project management support.
- Review of training documentation to ensure that it is complete, accurate, and compliant.
- Contribute to an environment of continuous improvement, process development and best practice.
Education/experience
1 to 3 years in cGxP environment, 3-6 years preferred, with a minimum 1 year of experience facilitating/delivering learning solutions.
Preferred:
- Experience in being a Qualified GXP trainer, delivery of aseptic, gown training, and/or Environmental Monitoring courses.
- Experience with scheduling and logistics coordination
- Professional Skills:? Proficient with MS Office (MS Word/Excel/Outlook/Teams)
