Marketing Manager - Search Engine Optimization

We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable SEO (Search Engine Optimization) Manager to join our Marketing team! As an SEO Manager you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing our SEO strategy. Project management in the digital space is a plus.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field required
PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- Plan, develop and implement our SEO strategy.
- Work towards organic search optimization and ROI maximization
- Regularly perform thorough keywords research
- Identify key SEO KPIs
- Monitor redirects, click rate, bounce rate, and other KPIs.
- Prepare and present reports regularly.
- Identify our buyer persona to better target identified audiences.
- Identify problems and deficiencies and implement solutions in a timely manner.
- Suggest improvements in process and productivity optimization.
- Collaborate with web developers and marketing team.
- Stay up to date with the latest SEO and digital marketing latest trends and best practices.
Responsibilities:
- 5+ years of content strategy experience with a foundation of business, retailer, and consumer understanding.
- 2+ years of digital marketing experience including examples of testing and validating latest opportunities.
- Experience in content calendarization and a strong understanding of the relationship between SEO and content
- Omni-channel marketing experience, digital marketing with an understanding for both paid and owned assets
- Experience with PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Word and proficiency in PowerPoint
- Excellent project management and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously from strategy to execution.
- Experience using data and insights to inform requirements, ideas, and strategies with hands-on experience with web tools (CMS, A/B Testing, site analytics and business intelligence tools) specifically, Adobe products including Analytics, Target, AEM.
- Strong understanding of the technical aspects of running a website, UX, SEO, domain management, HTML/CSS/JavaScript.
- Experience working in a matrixed organization.
- Proficient in digital and technical terminology
- Self-motivated, high-capacity individual who can function and win in a demanding, performance-driven environment.
- Prior experience working with an external agency partner – ability to provide strategic direction, feedback and ensure creativity is delivered on strategy.
