Marketing Project Manager

As a Marketing Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in bridging internal stakeholders with the branding team. With a keen understanding of the company’s business objectives, you will spearhead the development and management of project timelines, ensuring seamless execution of marketing deliverables to meet stakeholder goals. Your expertise in high-volume marketing project environments will be key in identifying growth opportunities and engaging future external marketing partners. This role demands a dynamic individual who thrives in managing multiple complex projects, adhering to budgets, and proactively addressing process challenges. Your ability to foster positive engagements, coupled with strong project management skills, will drive successful outcomes.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

·      Serve as primary liaison between internal stakeholders and corporate marketing & branding team.

·      Demonstrate deep understanding of the company strategy, mission, vision & purpose.

·      Develop and oversee project timelines and task lists for creative team.

·      Identify & implement process improvement opportunities.

·      Research and engage with a comprehensive list of external marketing partners.

·      Execute tasks and follow-ups to achieve company marketing goals.

·      Foster positive & friendly engagements, reflecting company culture and values.

·      Efficiently manage multiple complex projects using project management tools

·      Meet stringent deadlines within allocated budgets.

·      Identify and address process challenges in collaboration with leadership.

·      Host, attend and report on regular planning meetings.

·      Facilitate seamless collaboration across internal business units.

·      Provide timely updates on events/issues affecting client relationships.

·      Ensure team adherence to established processes and procedures.

·      Monitor and uphold service quality and performance standards.

·      Perform additional tasks and function as a team player.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

   Education/ Certifications/or Equivalent combination of education training and experience:

·      Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, advertising or related field preferred.

 Required Experience:

·      Preferred minimum of 4+ years of experience in one or all the following environments – Retail, Marketing, Corporate Marketing, and/or Advertising Agency.

 Knowledge/ Skills/ Abilities:

·      Strong background with project management concepts, methodologies, and tools

·      Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

·      Understanding of marketing strategy, creative, photography/videography, print production, media and digital in retail, food & beverage, or CPG environments.

·      Ability to foster relationships with internal stakeholders and execute deliverables in a timely manner.

·      Excellent written and verbal communication skills; must be prompt in response to internal and external partners and set clear expectations on project objectives and deadlines.

·      Ability to investigate and evaluate future external marketing partnerships and measure quality of new and existing partnerships.

·      Effective time management and strong task prioritization experience.

·      Ability to manage a large marketing project funnel with several varying deadlines and deliverables.

·      Demonstrates a passion for continuous improvement and takes a proactive approach to problem solving and communication, including timely follow up with stakeholders.

·      Proficient within Microsoft Office Suite applications, including MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and Outlook.
