•  May negotiate lead times with suppliers and manage schedules for timely delivery. 

• May interpret laws, rules, and regulations regarding shipping.

• Prepares applications for export/import control certifications and licenses.

• 5 Years of Experience

Qualified Material Management professionals are needed as part of a new ERP implementation across several sites. A qualified candidate will assist the Material Management organization as either a backfill for full time Professional or may assist in various activities related to ERP implementation, such as Data cleansing, Data validation, Testing and other ERP support activities related to the Material Management function. SAP and/or Costpoint knowledge is a must.

In addition, the candidate plans, schedules and monitors the efficient movement of material from receiving or the warehouse to production. Develops raw material requirements and scheduling requirements from engineering specifications and production schedules and coordinates material movement with purchasing, warehouse, and production.
