Media Exchange (CMX) Senior Program Manager

Duration: 12 Months.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to join our team and deliver efficient and effective solutions across the entire CMX team. This highly visible role will own, drive, and implement high-level program initiatives across our CMX organization. As a natural leader, this person should have a sharp business mind and strong talent for project coordination and accountability. Ultimately, this Program Manager should be motivated to optimize productivity across our team. Your operational excellence and hands-on partnership will help standardize and uplevel how our organization works, including learning, partnering, documenting, convening, and onboarding. You will be a trusted advisor to leadership and the entire CMX team.

Skills: Must Have:

  • 5 or more years of practical experience in program or project management with at least 2 years of in an upper management role, preferably in operations management.
  • Exception skills in leadership, time management, facilitation, and organization.
  • Strong project management skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams and driving processes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong eye for detail and ability to develop actionable recommendations.
  • Experience working in an agile, fast-paced start-up environment.

Experience: REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Own and track organization’s Objectives & Key Results (OKRs) to determine if we are on track to hit our annual goals and work in coordination with Revenue Operations team to include MBR check-ins.
  • Work with Head of Business Operations to drive annual goal setting for CMX including goals, priorities, dependencies, and KPIs.
  • Own and drive quarterly Town Halls for organization including agenda setting, deck creation, workback, and running meeting.
  • Own and drive organization’s events including offsites, engagement committee participation/lead, and office space planning with team admin.
  • Own and execute organization’s onboarding and offboarding programs.
  • Help drive organization and department-level roles & responsibilities (R&Rs) including R&R changes, creating/revising RACIs, and SOPs.
  • Maintain organization-wide templates and processes driving efficiency.
  • Own organization’s Capital Planning Meetings including agenda setting and tracking and work with Leadership Team on capital reallocation.

Professional Qualification:     

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business administration or related field.
  • Strong working knowledge of digital advertising, e-commerce, and/or retail media.

Experience Required: 04 – 05 Years.

Shift: Mon-Fri 8a-5p ET.
