Member Associate

Duration: 6 Months (Contract to hire)

Will receive inbound calls from members regarding home healthcare and benefits
• This is a call center / customer service type position
• Will receive about 30-40 calls per day
• 2+ years of experience required in a call center, doctors office, or customer service-related position
• Must have good computer skills (almost 95% of work will be on the computer)
• Must be familiar with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Computer savvy
• Excellent communication both verbal and written
• Must have excellent customer service skills
• Must be comfortable answering phone calls
• Must be able to work well with others
• Must be polite
• Will work closely with Case Managers and Nurses
• Experience with medical terminology nice to have
