Nurse Supervisor

Duration: 3 Months

Pay Rate: $102/hr on w2.

Job Description:

REQUISITE & PREFERRED SKILLS:

Experience in a healthcare setting; knowledge of community agencies and resources

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage and coordinate nurse schedule.
• Assign patients to nurses.
• Ensure adherence to all relevant nursing standards.
• Maintain quality assurance of nursing documentation and client records.
• Create reports for senior management.
• Ensure compliance with nursing policies and procedures.
• Educate and train new nurses.
• Evaluate nurses’ engagement and performance.
• Inform patients' family members about medical procedures and doctors’ instructions.
• Provide psychological and emotional support to patients and their family and friends.
• Provide clinical expertise in the management of medical and psychiatric emergencies.

Qualifications:

• Master's Degree
• Notes: This position is for an Assistant Director of Nursing.
• PMCS Certification is mandatory - can be obtained onsite after orientation is completed.
• RN License for NY state
• BLS
• ACLS

Responsibilities: Required Working as per post

Experience Required: 1+ Year experience.
