Ocean Freight Procurement Analyst

Duration: 6-7 months

Pay Rate: $ 35 - 50 / HR

The Global Procurement Logistics team drives the procurement of goods and services needed to support global operations. As Procurement Analyst, you will have the opportunity to actively support the strategic roadmap execution, analyze and provide visibility on internal and external metrics that drive decision making, support RFP execution, and implement controls that mitigate business and compliance risks.

This role will actively support the procurement of Ocean Freight for Global Logistics accordance with  Global Procurement Policy. This includes maintaining the global activity road map, developing Procurement KPI dashboard, supporting the Global Logistics Procurement team with complex RFP’s, logistics network spend analysis, managing contract database and assisting in tail spend management.

TOP 5 REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Bachelor’s Degree with business or supply chain management preferred, with a minimum of 1 year of procurement/supply chain experience or related field or combination of education and experience.
• Proven mathematical and data analysis skills
• Experience of working with Business Information Systems - Knowledge/experience with Oracle and Coupa systems a plus
• Knowledge of supply chain fundamentals and Procure to Pay processes

Required Education:
