Oracle EBS Technical Lead

Relevant Experience (in Yrs)- 10-15 years

Technical/Functional Skills  

Must have strong technical skills in Oracle EBS SCM and Manufacturing modules. Knowledge in Finance modules is a plus. Must have good command over Oracle SQL, PLSQL, Forms and Reports. Must be hands-on with abilities to carry on the development activities by self while leading a team from offshore

Experience Required 

Technical development experience in PLSQL, Oracle Forms and Oracle Reports. Must be well conversant with SCM (OM, PO, INV) and Mfg (BOM, WIP, Quality and Costing) modules

Roles & Responsibilities  

Lead the technical development work with the help of offshore team; Interact with the customer SMEs for requirement gathering, clarification, design review, development and testing; Contribute in terms of development effort by self; Work with customer leadership for planning, status reporting, risk management and so on

Generic Managerial Skills  

Manage the coordination and delivery from the offshore team; Interact with customer leadership; Interact with TCS unit leadership regarding the project status, risks and future resource needs etc
