The Sales & Operations Process Leader is responsible for partnering with the regions, commercial teams, marketing, and global supply chain to implement and take S&OP to world class. The primary objective of this role is to ensure process execution, balanced KPI improvement, and ongoing expansion of S&OP knowledge broadly across client. This role also owns execution of inventory as an output of S&OP globally, including setting and achieving inventory OP. The S&OP Process Leader is responsible for improving and simplifying demand and supply management globally, including execution of fulfillment, inventory, and forecast accuracy.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Establish global S&OP KPI’s and partner with process owners to deliver annual targets through Hoshin Kanri Initiatives
2. Collaborate with region OTR/commercial execution teams to improve forecast accuracy, working capital, and fulfillment
3. Develop partnerships (COE & External) to ensure S&OP process reflects current industry best practices including AI & ML.
4. Ensure execution of demand and supply processes monthly, including identification and mitigation of process biases and deficiencies.
5. Develop and implement the S&OP vision.
6. Help leaders execute monthly IBP Executive review and support weekly & Monthly HK reviews.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree and 6 years supply chain or operations experience or HS Diploma and 10 years supply chain experience or operations experience.
- 2-4 years Demand Management experience/2-4 years Supply Management experience
- Proven ability to influence, drive and manage change in a matrix environment
- Demonstrated process analytical and improvement skills
- S&OP process excellence
- Microsoft Excel and Power Point proficiency
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt
- Boundary-less thinker
- APICS / other supply chain certification
- MBA or Master’s degree
- OMLP or other leadership program graduate
- Experience deploying globally impactful supply/demand KPI’s, including MAPE forecast accuracy, statistical planning methodologies, inventory turns, and SCOT
- Demantra (preferred) or other ERP/Planning system experience
- Working knowledge of Healthcare inventory policies/ inventory generating processes, Including SII/OP
