Program Manager (In-Store/Omni Strategy)

Duration: 6 Months

Pay Rate: $80-85/hr.

  • Proven track record of developing & executing successful omni strategies within the media & retail industry.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make strategic decisions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to drive projects from ideation to execution.
  • Deep Knowledge of retail industry trends, consumer behavior, and the competitive landscape.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, demonstrating adaptability and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant software applications

Experience:

  • Lead the development and execution of in-store strategies to drive foot traffic, customer retention, and sales growth. This includes defining experiences that enhance the customer experience while servicing our advertising partners that are relevant to the store environment.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Marketing, Merchandising, Operations, and Store Leadership, to align in-store initiatives with overall business goals. This includes understanding the omni-narrative (i.e., how do stores work with eComm)
  • Analyze consumer behavior, market trends, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for enhancing the in-store customer experience.
  • Develop and implement scalable targeted promotional campaigns, product displays, and layout optimizations to improve customer engagement with the goal of increasing sales.
  • Evaluate and optimize store layouts, signage, and visual merchandising to ensure an effective and intuitive shopping experience.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of in-store initiatives, using data-driven insights to make informed decisions and adjustments as needed.
  • Build strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to source innovative products and solutions that align with strategic direction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of seasonal and promotional events, as well as new store openings and renovations.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management, sharing insights, results, and recommendations related to in-store strategy.
