Program Scheduler
Duration: 12 Months
This position will serve as Principal Schedule lead for the Meadowlands Program. The position will be responsible for coordinating all IMS activities for all elements of the Meadowlands Program. Also will provide guidance on major replans including OTB/OTS, formal internal reprogramming, Baseline Review support, change control, and subject matter expertise to Meadowlands for Cost and Schedule Integration and Earned Value support.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Subject Matter Expert (SME) in MS Project level scheduling and schedule analysis
• Understanding of Schedule Risk Analysis SRA),
• Critical and Driving Path Analysis and EVMS reporting/analysis skills.
• Expert in DCMA 14 Point schedule analysis and NDIA/Scheduling best practices.
• Experience working DoD projects in a Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFAR) environment.
• Expertise in Agile practices with regards to EVMS implementation.
• MS Excel, able to manage workbooks and pivot tables.
• PowerPoint presentations
Responsibilities:
Responsible for providing guidance, coaching and training to planning / scheduling employees.
• Develop integrated master schedules using IMP, SOW and WBS.
• Creates and tracks plans and schedules, performs risk analysis, identifies and resolves critical path and network logic conflicts.
• Working knowledge of Planning & Scheduling Excellence Guide (PASEG), Version 4.0, EVMS Standard (EIA 748-D), Integrated Product and Process Development (IPPD), and Integrated Program Management Report (IPMR) strongly desired.
• Capability to perform Critical Path Analysis, Schedule Risk Analysis, and Schedule Metric Analysis - such as BEI, CPLI, SPI, etc.
• Experience with subcontractor schedule integration.
