• Program or technical product management in software development.
• Program or technical project management in software development is required.
• Strong technical proficiency – machine learning infrastructure experience or data science experience is a plus.
• 3+ years of program management, including experience taking features through the complete software development life cycle.
• Built global products by collaborating across Product, Engineering, Data Sciences, Analytics, Design and other key partners.
• Strong critical thinking, problem solving, and logical structuring abilities Ability to turn incomplete, conflicting, or ambiguous input into solid action plans.
• Consistent track record of shipping complex customer-facing and backend engineering projects under demanding timelines Strong facilitation skills (requirements sessions, design meetings, progress and status meetings)
• Best-in-class communication and presentation skills (written & verbal) to all levels of an organization.
• Description Drive and ship large, multi-functional programs and feature areas
• Lead all aspects of multiple concurrent features including scope, requirements, timelines, and prioritization.
• Day-to-day will include program managing, execution, risk assessments, in order to meet the overall program goals.
