Responsibilities:

  • Uses writing skill and solid logic to create as well as revise user job-aids to reflect updated steps to help drive increase knowledge of tasks.
  • Assists in development of employee training materials to help increase the use of the internal Management Model tools while also providing ongoing technical assistance to users.
  • Participates in multiple project workstreams by completing and updating project documentation; managing project scope; adjusting schedules when necessary; determining daily priorities; ensuring efficient and on-time delivery of project tasks and milestones.
  • Monitors technical incident reporting dashboard and email traffic with employee inquiries while collaborating with others to resolve information technology issues. Responsible for drafting quality email responses to employee inquiries.
  • Identify ways to increase employee awareness, adoption, and drive usability of the internal Management Model intranet site. Ability to pitch new content ideas that further the company's objectives.
  • Demonstrated fluency in business processes and continuous improvement.
  • Performs related work as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology or related field.
  • Strong project management, ability to successfully manage multiple tasks.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and all Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to gain in-depth technical knowledge of how the Management Model system operates in order to troubleshoot end user skill gaps. These technical skills will allow this individual to be fluent during end user interactions as outbound communication needs to be short, to the point, and easy to understand. 
  • Time management skills are essential since this individual will need to listen to end user issues and briefly explain a proposed solution. To achieve this, this individual needs to be organized before attending any call or dealing with outbound communications to end users.

Key Tasks

  • Leads troubleshooting to help investigate and identify key issues that end users encounter with the Management Model technical platform.
  • Support user inquiries to help support proficiency of common tasks via Teams meetings, instructional content, roadshow presentations, screen recording tutorials, emails or Teams chats.
  • Build out a project plan to do a screen recording of PPT materials with VO that can be used as a low hanging fruit tactic to provide immediate training materials to users as well as a strategy for distribution.
  • Launch a small focus group with Document Writers and Submitters to undiscover any pain points and gather ideas for improvement.
