Project Manager III

Duration: 24 Months

Target Start Date and work Location

a.            Can the resource work remote or is this an office job?

b.            Work schedule/hours?  

a.            Hybrid Schedule of 3 days in the office; Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, with Wednesday being the core day in the office.

b.            Start as early as 6:30AM but before 8AM and work 8 hrs or additional as required.

Contract, Temp-to-Perm, or Direct Placement (select one)

a.            If contract & contract-to-hire, what is the expected duration of the contract period?

b.            If contract only, do you foresee potential extensions, or is this a hard-stop at the given duration? a.            Two years but a review at 1 year.

Team Structure

a.            What are this teams core accountabilities?

b.            What is the team size and function?         a.            Manage Distribution Engineering projects.

b.            Engineering teams has approximately 170 employees that manage $155M work per year.  This role will provide PM support for a portion of that work based on set criteria.

a.            Willing to consider non-local candidates, or do you want to consider local candidates only?            Willing to consider any as long as they meet the hybrid work requirements

e.             Be able to work well with team members with differing background.  Well organized and good follow-up skills.
