Project Manager with Contact Center Genesys

- 5+ years of Project/Program manager experience (Waterfall + Agile/Scrum)
- Previous Contact Center, telephony, or voice infrastructure experience is a plus.
- Genesys Engage / CloudCX experience is a nice to have.
- Previous experience leading large-scale programs/projects that include multiple Project Managers working towards one final deliverable.
- Should display excellent qualities to influence decisions.
