Project Manager with Contact Center Genesys

Duration: Permanent

  • 5+ years of Project/Program manager experience (Waterfall + Agile/Scrum)
  • Previous Contact Center, telephony, or voice infrastructure experience is a plus.
  • Genesys Engage / CloudCX experience is a nice to have.
  • Previous experience leading large-scale programs/projects that include multiple Project Managers working towards one final deliverable.
  • Should display excellent qualities to influence decisions.
