Purchasing Clerk

Duration: 12 Months

Experience: 1 - 3 years. Purchasing materials and supplies from vendors . Prepares purchase orders based on approved requisitions. Analyses quotations received, obtains rectification of delivery. Deals with all day-to-day transactions according to defined guidelines.

How long will the training be for this resource before they are expected to work independently:
* 2 weeks hands on / come into office for training every day for those 2 weeks

What are the main responsibilities that your new hire will have?
* Helping SAP / up to date
* Clean up past PO
* Work with Accounts Receivables and Payables
* Communication verbally and written
What are the top three contributions this new hire will make to the company within their first 90 or 120 days?
* Be familiar with SAP
* Some knowledge of purchasing role
* Use to fast pace environment and be able to handle pressure
