Job Description:

• Quality Tech + process inspector
• 50% Clean Room (Full Bunny Suit) 50% Computer Work
•  Analyze measurement results and provide comprehensive reports to engineering and manufacturing teams.
•  Work closely with the program team to ensure quality standards are consistently met and maintained.
•  Create inspection plans based on drawings
•  Perform in process inspections to ensure product conforms to the drawing
• Review and interpret engineering drawings, CAD data, and specifications to determine inspection requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continually improve quality processes and standards.
•  Assist with managing calibrated tools and coordinating with vendors
• Team player and strong communication skills

• TOP 5 REQUIRED SKILLS:
• • Ability to make inspection plans based on drawings and build documentation
• • Strong attention to detail with the ability to ensure documentation is complete per the process
• • Demonstrated ability to read and interpret technical drawings and CAD models.
• • Strong understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
• • Proficiency in using CMM software, preferably Zeiss CALYPSO or equivalent.

Required Education:

• • Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with a minimum of 6 years of prior related experience.
