Reports to: TA Process Optimization Lead
Responsibilities:

  • The talent sourcer works closely together with recruiters, the hiring manager, the talent acquisition specialist, and other members of the talent acquisition department and HR. Expectations of you include but are not limited to:

Sourcing strategy development.

  • Partners with the Talent Acquisition Team and sourcers to develop and implement a sourcing strategy that is in line with the Talent Acquisition strategy.

Lead generation.

  • Knows how and where to search for candidates. Is knowledge of relevant job boards, platforms, social media, and other (online) channels and is creative in finding new ways to source candidates. Leverages LinkedIn and other social media platforms to promote jobs, connect and engage with candidates and source both passive and active candidates.

Analytics and reporting

  • Maintains report that tracks: conversion rates (how many candidates that got in via what channel converted into hires, etc.), how many passive candidates turned into applicants, how many sourced candidates got to the interview stage, etc. Builds and maintains a candidate talent pool for current roles and future hiring needs

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • ATS experience with multiple operating systems, Success Factors Talent Center, is preferred.
  • Specialized candidate sourcing experience using digital media and search engine based techniques such as LinkedIn, SEM, SEO and various job boards.
  • Proven experience developing and maintain tracking of candidates from various labor pools, focusing on both short and long-term talent needs.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred
  • Three years or more of recruiting experience
