Recruiter I
Duration: 06 Months (Temp with Possible Extension)
Pay Rate: $30.32/hr.
Shift: Mon – Fri, 01st Shift and 40 hrs.
Experience Required: 01-02 Years.
- Experienced in Recruiting, Sourcing and familiar with TA Marketing and Advertising techniques.
Skills: Must Have
- Recruiting, sourcing, some work with TA Marketing team, HR Business Partners, and local DC leadership
Experience:
- Will support the location through assisting the central teams in local attraction, encouraging/marketing and emphasizing the employee referral programs, partnering with sourcing teams to do in-person outreach to schools/churches/organizations, and on-site program management of any recruitment events and on-site materials (e.g., signage, flyers, truck wraps, etc. using corporate brand standards and TA provided guidelines/materials).
- Support the Hiring Support Center in candidate follow up to complete process steps (e.g. post offer process) to help reduce “ghosting”. Role will require frequent interaction and coordination with the Hiring Support Center, TA Marketing, and High-Volume Sourcing teams to ensure strong alignment and avoid candidate / marketplace confusion.
Professional Qualification:
- HS diploma/ Bachelor’s (preferred) or equivalent experience
