Registered Dietician

Duration: 3 Months Contract

Pay rate: $ 49 / HR and $ 1,960 / Week on w2 without PTO (No Paid Holiday)

Schedule Notes:

• RD, NYS, CDN, BS required.
• MS preferred but not mandatory.
• Outpatient nutrition experience in Cardiac Rehab, Cardiology and Post-Acute Care, counseling and running classes/programs.

Duties:

• Under general supervision of the Associate Director of Nursing and in accordance with Physician or Physician extender will provide education and guidance with meal planning, care coordination, nutrition evaluation and recommendation.

Skills:   

• Two years of experience
• Call Detail Record

Education:         

• Certificate of Dietic Registration (CDR) - Required
• NY State Office of Professionals Registered License - Preferred
• Primary Source Verification - required.
• AHA BLS - required.
• Master's degree - preferred
