REGISTERED NURSE – RN PICU. (DAY Shift & NIGHT Shift)

Job Description:

• 12 beds, 1:3 ratio for IMC patients; 1:2 ratio for PICU patients.
• Unit mostly peds onc and neuro, no heart patients.
• Responsible for providing patient care based upon the nursing process; being effectively involved with maintaining the standard of care for assigned patients through assessment, planning, implementation, and Evaluation.
• Oversees and guides employees that are under his/her supervision.
• Primarily staffs PICU/IMC patients but will also be required to take PEDS patients, float to PEDS ED or special care nursery if needed.

Qualifications:

• BLS - Required PALS –
• Required PICU Experience –
• Required: 2 Years Primary Source On-Line Verifications –
• Required RN Experience –
• Required: 1 Years RN License - Required.

• Shift: DAY Shift & NIGHT Shift. 36 Hours/Week, 12 Hours/day, 03 days a week only.
