RN Cath Lab

Shift: 12 hrs. shift and 03 days a week.

Duration: 13 Weeks

Pay Rate: $60-63/hr.

A registered nurse in the Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory (shortened as Cardiac Cath Lab) assists cardiologists during the entire catheterization process. They prepare the patient before and after the procedure to stabilize their health status. The type of patients they’ll work with have heart diseases or ailments that require constant monitoring.

Qualifications:

• Associate/ Bachelor with Valid RN License (Multistate/ State Specific)
• 2+ years of recent Interventional Cardiac Catheterization Lab experience

• 1+ year of recent Cath Lab / Critical Care experience
• 2 years’ experience in acute care nursing, at least one of which has been in ICCU, or the ED required.
• Recent experience in the RN role of a cardiac interventional lab strongly desired

Responsibilities: Required Working as per post

• Oversee operations in Ambulatory, Inpatient, Emergency, Perioperative and Community settings.
• 5+ years of experience as an RN in a Cath Lab setting
• 2+ years of current / recent Cardiac Cath Lab experience
• Assist in creating a culture of nursing excellence and shared governance which puts patients first.
• 2+ years of Cardiac Cath Lab experience
• 2+ years of previous Cardiac Cath Lab experience

Experience Required: 01-02 Years
