Semiconductor Reliability Engineer

Payrate:$125k
- 5+ years’ experience in IC reliability engineering with hands-on experience in 1 or more related areas such as Product Engineering, Test Engineering, Failure Analysis.
- Good understanding of Semiconductor, manufacturing process (Fab, Assembly and advanced packaging), IC test methodologies, device reliability, silicon/package fail mechanisms and symptoms.
- Knowledge of JEDEC IC Qualification tests such as required.
- Good understanding of transistor functions and basic electronics.
- Work experience on Accelerated Life Testing, reliability estimation for semiconductor components and modules, and reliability testing.
- Statistical data analysis, ATE test data interpretation, device level electrical characterization, and IC failure analysis preferred.
- Familiar with FA process and techniques, like cross sectioning, X-ray, CSAM, TDR, FIB, SEM, and TEM is preferred.
- BSEE(Required) and MSEE (or higher preferred) in Electrical Engineering.
- Ability to thrive in a multifaceted environment.
