Hybrid:

Prefer 3 days onsite / 2 days offsite; However, if we find the right person, the one-site visit could be 1 day or less per week.

The manager needs an experienced hire who will be able to walk in and start executing.

Focus Areas:

Stabilize SAP implementation (Go Live October 2023) including:

Help implement RPABOT (Robot Financial Closing Processes)

Implement pre PEC and PEC processes – PrO variance reviews, OPEX variances reviews, PUP actual product cost reviews, etc.

Monitor Insurance Claim submission with Finance Manager

Improve Business Processes

Assist site on analysis and action plans to reduce primary raw material inventory (as increase significantly due to lost production capacity last year)

Be the Site Controller for Rincon, GA

Required that the hire must have SAP FICO experience

Position Overview

Reporting to P&B US Operations Finance Lead based in Plainsboro NJ, the purpose of this role is to assist temporarily, on daily activities to ensure financial accounting and reporting needs of the plant are met to enable the plant management team to obtain their budgeted financial goals and objectives.

Specific responsibilities include:

• Provide financial assistance to the Sr plant controller on daily activities to ensure sound financial on operational decisions.

• Use analysis techniques and metrics to identify and make recommendations to plant management to improve operational performance and lower unit costs.

• Strong cost control and planning discipline to assist senior plant management in controlling manufacturing costs.

• Support on the annual budget process for the plant, including preparation of the financial manufacturing budget plan and product standard costs.

• Assist inventory management team, on reviewing obsolete items, provide feedback and recommendations to proceed with recovery and accruals.

• Assist plant management team with capital planning, including calculating and evaluating financial payback on all capital expenditure proposals.

• Work with plant/corporate finance on several initiatives including providing cost information for innovation and cost reduction projects.

Candidate Profile Experience and Education :

• A minimum of 3 to 5 years of related experience, chemical or food and cosmetics industries experience preferred.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and/or Finance.
