Software Engineer V

Duration:  3 Months

Software Engineer, Infrastructure Responsibilities

• Design core, backend software components
• Code using primarily Hack, Python, and Rust
• Interface with other teams to incorporate their innovations and vice versa
• Conduct design and code reviews
• Analyze and improve efficiency, scalability, and stability of various system resources
• Successfully completes projects at large scope while maintaining a consistent high level of productivity

Minimum Qualifications:

• 4+ years of programming experience in either C, C++, Java, C# or other relevant coding languages
• 4+ years relevant experience building large-scale infrastructure applications or similar experience
• Experience designing, analyzing and improving efficiency, scalability, and stability of various system resources
• Experience owning a particular component, feature or system

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Team is currently in need of support with their current identity system rebuild. They are shorthanded and in need of CW to fill in current gaps.

Must haves:

• Rust Experience
• strong Python skills

Good to haves:

• Identity access mgt (IAM)
