Software Test Engineer IV

Duration: 12 Months

Pay Range:  $90-100/HR on W2

As a software test engineer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the highest quality standards for camera products. You will be driving the development, execution and analysis of engineering tests and experiments to identify, quantify, and prioritize opportunities for improving the quality camera modules.

Qualifications:

- Experience in writing camera test and algorithm in C++/Python/MATLAB

- Experience in designing test program for hardware products

- The ideal candidate for this role should have a strong background in imaging engineering and optics

- You must have a strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work with minimum supervision

- The ability to work independently, as well as in a team setting, is essential

- We are looking for someone who can identify and prioritize customer-facing issues; create, execute, and analyze test plans; and drive improvements in the imaging experience

Top 3 must-have HARD skills:

• Proficient in Python and C++
• Image process or optics background
• Experience in standard software development procedure (version control, code review…etc)

Good to have skills:

• Experience in database and data format
• MATLAB

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in software engineering required.

• Minimum 5 years’ experience
