Software Test Engineer

Contract: 12 Months+

As a Software Test Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the highest quality standards for camera products. You will be driving the development, execution and analysis of engineering tests and experiments to identify, quantify, and prioritize opportunities for improving the quality camera modules. We are looking for test engineer in C&D NTV test and calibration team on 3D and 2D camera testing. The test team has about 8 people and each person works on 1-2 camera module test and calibration. We are looking for experience candidate that can write robust test program for internal and external camera module testing and calibration.

Qualifications:

• Experience in writing camera test and calibration algorithm in C++/Python/MATLAB
• Experience in designing test program for hardware products.
• The ideal candidate for this role should have a strong background in imaging engineering and optics.
• You must have a strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work with minimum supervision.
• The ability to work independently, as well as in a team setting, is essential.

Must-Have Hard Skills:

• Proficient in C++
• 5 plus years in Image process or optics background
• Experience in standard software development procedure (version control, code review…etc)
• Bachelor’s degree

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Experience in database and data format
• MATLAB / Python
