Specialist, Design/ Design - Contractor - L4

Duration: 12 Months

Must- Haves (Hard Skills)

•  Minimum of 7 years of professional experience creating schematic symbols and layout footprints using ECAD tools

• Experience and knowledge of PCB design technologies for military, airborne, and space, PCB layout techniques, electrical schematics

• Xpedition tool set experience (Siemens EDA)

• Ability to read and interpret vendor component data sheets ECAD Tool REQUIRED!

Nice-To- Haves (Hard Skills)

Preferred Additional Skills:

• Xpedition EDM (Siemens EDA)

• DFA spacing and tables

• Knowledge of Cadence ECAD tools

• IPC certification CID or CID+

• Understanding of BOM/ECO process

• Experience using PLM tools

• Familiar with geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T)

Must- Haves (Soft Skills)

•              MUST be able to work well with a team and collaborate with the PCB Librarian
