Sr Payroll Operations Analyst

Duration: 4 Months

4-month contract with potential to extend.

3-4 days per week in office. Local PHX candidates only. Interviews can be virtual or in person (in person preferred).

Requirements are someone who is strong in either garnishments, project management, or process automation (having all 3 would be a bonus).

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent education/experience

• 3 years’ experience leading projects or cross functional teams

Desired Skills

• Prior payroll related work experience

• Prior garnishment order processing experience

• Knowledge of SAP general ledger and payroll systems

• Ability to be flexible and quickly adapt to changing priorities

• Excellent analytical and organizational skills

• Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and quickly learn new responsibilities

• Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment

• Demonstrated experience testing systems using a standardized methodology for documentation preferred

• Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Proficient with Microsoft Office software including Outlook, Word and Excel
