Subfab Technician - III

Duration:  12 Months

Primary duties will include the Technical support for - Various preventative and correct maintenance tasks including but not Limited to:

  • Ability to respond to understand and follow Technical specification and checklists to perform routine preventative & corrective maintenance situations like performing Helium Ieak check and monitor equipment status.
  • Replace - Vacuum pumps, point of use chiller units.
  • Support removal, replacement and installation of general utilities associated with equipment installation/de-installation as specified in existing maintenance documents.
  • Strong maintenance prep and cleanup work habits.
  • Data collection and ability to consistently document/record work events in database.
  • Support rounds and readings;-Solvent Ievels -Temp and exhaust pressure.
  • Housekeeping;-clean and keep subfab cages organized-clean and keep maintenance shop organized-clean and keep clean shops and wet sinks organized-own shop - Vacs for cleanliness and operation.
  • All equipment will be supplied except for steel toed boots.
  • Steel toed boots are required.

Duration:

Duration of assignment will be 9-12 months with the option to either extend or to shorten the assignment depending on the wafer start Levels.

Education:

As degree required, Ideal candidates will have mechanic or electrical troubleshooting exp with more than 3 yrs experience.

Shift Hours : 05:45 AM to 06:15 PM

Shift Days : Sunday - Tuesday every other Wednesday
