Summer Intern, R&D, Bioanalytics

Duration: 2 Months

Location: 100% Remote

The Bioanalytics group is seeking a motivated, and talented intern with an interest in pursuing a career in Life Sciences/Biotech/Pharmaceuticals. The successful candidate will be part of a cohesive team and learn and conduct analysis on biological samples in compliance with applicable methods, protocols, and SOPs

• Review study-related literature and relevant regulatory guidance
• Learn and perform standard bioanalytical techniques including protein extraction isolation, ELISA.
• Maintain a clean and safe laboratory work environment
• Understand the importance of data integrity and maintain a high standard of scientific record keeping
• Analyze and interpret data and present internally to group members and to cross-functional groups

Intern Qualifications and Skills

• Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in life sciences
• Must have an interest in pursuing a career in Life Sciences/Biotech/Pharmaceuticals
• A team-player, self-motivated, hands on, positive, detail oriented, efficient, flexible, and high-quality work ethic are essential.
• Ability to manage workload effectively including planning, organizing, prioritizing, and meeting deadlines
