Company in Tampa, FL is looking for a Supply Chain Data Associate who will be responsible for SAP data integrity through maintaining production order data in SAP, data and functional maintenance of external (Excel) spreadsheets in support of production readiness and data entry support in transformation from excel to SAP driven scheduling.
Key Accountabilities
- Creation and maintenance of Process Orders as required, including but not limited to entry and verification of batch numbers, WBS numbers and start/finish dates in alignment with the excel based master planning file.
- Daily monitors and tracks production readiness in the excel file Readiness Review.
- Ensures all orders in the determined time fences are identified properly in the Readiness Review excel file.
- Accurately logs in information as it relates to readiness failures for further root cause analysis.
- Interacts with teams and drives to root cause analysis of failures in readiness.
- Aids ERP specialist in monitoring the progress of approval work flow to ensure that all materials move through the designated approval streams to meet GMP requirements.
- Aids Master Scheduler in ensuring proper contract status is identified in the master planning file as it relates to the IBP demand file.
- Provides data entry support in transitioning of data from external planning/ scheduling tool and current SAP BOMs and recipes into proper formatting for new modules in SAP demand planning and scheduling. (IBP and OMP)
- Creates and/or maintains additional reports as required by management.
- Other duties as directed by management.
Key Requirements:
- Detail and results oriented with strong problem solving, research and resolution skills.
- High demonstrated proficiency in Excel. Including but limited to formulas, formatting, logical functions (ie. If, then statements), look up functions, filter-sorting-querying, pivot tables, conditional formatting, chart creation and maintenance , worksheet protection and data validations. (Required)
- Knowledge of other MS suite programs (Power BI is a plus)
- Working experience with SAP software as it relates to Material Management (workflow, BOM and Recipes ) and Production process (process orders maintenance) in SAP. (Required)
- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills
- Strong writing, communication and presentation skills.

- Must be a self-starter who leads, owns, and drives results in area of responsibility and beyond and has deep interest in learning and contributing to the business of the company.
