Bachelor's Degree

Training Specialist to develop training assignment profiles for various roles and levels in the organization.

• Background in training programs and their structure within a learning management system

Major Role Responsibilities:

• Collaborates with Production Management, Training Department, and Database Administrators to categorize, prioritize, and consolidate training curricula for the manufacturing department

• Supports customization, configuration, and implementation of training profiles

• Develops automation capabilities for training assignments and change requests using site-approved digital tools. Adheres to GMP guidelines and change control management processes.

Administration doing tasks like the following:

• Formatting MS Excel spreadsheets to organize data for discussions

• Keeping notes of changes to be made

• Submitting Training Requests and tracking completion of the curricula changes

• Scheduling meetings
