Technical/Functional Skills:

Windows admin with SCCM intune

• Intune Deployment: Implement and manage Microsoft Intune for mobile device management, application deployment, and compliance policies.
• Device Management: Enroll and manage mobile devices, laptops, and desktops, ensuring they meet security and compliance standards.
• Security: Implement security best practices, including patch management, encryption, and antivirus solutions.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to Intune deployments.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of deployment processes and configurations.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of IT projects.
• Building and supporting Microsoft Intune / Auto-pilot, Citrix cloud infrastructure.
• Migration of users and applications from SCCM/Co-Managed to Intune / Autopilot
• Hands-on experience in Microsoft Intune / Autopilot.
• Able to maintain and manage the security and product updates of software across all end user devices in conjunction with our 3rd party partners.
• Any relevant Microsoft certifications as well as any hands-on network or hardware support is also highly advantageous.
• Experience of automation using PowerShell scripts.
• Experience of packaging applications for Intune and managing store apps.
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Good analytical and presentation skills
• Must have good interpersonal and leadership skills
• Willingness to learn and grow and ability to work under pressure
