Systems Administrator III
Duration: 12 Months
Pay Rate: 60-65/Hr. on W2
Shift: 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM
The main function of a systems administrator is to work closely with Enterprise operation's frontline device imaging group and Engineering team. This position will be on-site within Operational center to test, debug, escalation, and perform new program update and training to frontline group.
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify, troubleshoot and escalate imaging issues in a timely manner, ensuring clear and effective communication with the partner team.
- Maintain and communicate proper operation procedures to ensure team operational efficiency.
- Provide guidance and support to team members while working with minimal daily guidance.
- Maintain relationships with cross-functional partners to identify gaps and opportunities for imaging services.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and internal processes to maintain team operation efficiency.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in support and troubleshooting Windows or Mac OS platforms.
- 5 years’ experience with setup and configuration of end-user desktop and laptop computer hardware.
- Experience with handling prioritization on time sensitive problems and escalations within corporate environments.
- Proven communication, and problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with remote team members.
- Proficient in using command line for various tasks related to computer imaging.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5 years’ experience in a technical support role in a corporate environment.
- Experience with service health monitoring Experience with SQL or equivalent data analysis experience
Education/Experience:
- Associate degree in computer related field required. Bachelor's degree in computer science preferred.
Top 3 must-have HARD skills:
- 3 years of experience in support and troubleshooting Windows or Mac OS platforms.
- Proven communication, and problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with remote team members.
