Technical Support III

Duration: 9 Months

  • Experience and skills with IT infrastructure and application technologies, such as Web/Application (.NET/Java), WebSphere or WebLogic, relational database (Oracle, SQL Server), Microsoft Windows (Desktop/Server), Unix/Linux operating systems, Scripting, SQL, and other technical tools.
  • Experience with Passport/Asset Suite is a plus.
  • Experience supporting handheld devices, including end user support is a plus.
  • Perform, manage, and document work activities relating to projects, sub-projects, or processes.
  • Plan, design, and build high quality IT software solutions in accordance with IT standards.
  • Maintain and enhance engagement with business and IT partners and other stakeholders.
  • Utilize understanding of customer's business needs to determine requirements.
