Technical Workfront Administrator
Duration: 12 months
Pay Rate: $50/hr
Workfront system administration and configuration management:
- Supporting the system utilization and stability, the role includes governance, enhancing system functionality, aiding users with reporting and system/process optimization.
- Provides technical subject matter expertise and business process knowledge to teams while gathering requirements and supporting business analysis.
- Plays a hands-on role in system implementation for system functionality modules or new/existing group rollouts (Fusion knowledge is a bonus but not essential).
- Assist with the evaluation of user feedback submitted via the Workfront Request Queue for system changes and enhancements, and impact assessing any change thoroughly before proceeding.
- Partners with other members of the Platform teams to manage troubleshooting and recommend solutions to system or user issues.
- Conducts regular audits on system utilization and data to increase system quality, resolve inconsistencies and correct workflow and/or system integration processes.
Workfront reporting & resource management:
- Creating visibility and understanding of the work and resource utilization.
- Establishes metrics, builds reports and dashboards to aid in user workflow, portfolio/program/projects, channel project types and resource management.
- Performs statistical analysis on gathered data, running queries and makes recommendations.
Workfront system training:
- Provides training and information to the organization to solidify system understanding and further support utilization.
- Mattel Television materials – including but not limited to, training presentations, QRGs (Quick Reference Guides), Job Aids and training videos.
- Assisting with new employee onboarding to ensure familiarity with the Workfront system and understanding of role-specific responsibilities within the system.
WORKFRONT GOVERNANCE:
- Helping drive the use and adoption of Workfront across the business.
- Supports the organization on system best practices and utilization alterations to best serve their working group while staying compliant with the global solutions.
- Be seen as an expert Workfront User, understanding all areas of functionality and how they should be used by different personas and user types.
- Actively partners with internal teams to understand the Workfront product roadmap and translate it into how enhancements or system changes can benefit an Enterprise Readiness approach.
- Partners with our internal teams on any architecture, integration, or support needs for Workfront.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology or a related field; MBA a plus.
- 5+ years of hands on Workfront IT experience
- 3 + years of IT support experience
- Excellent computer skills: Adobe Workfront, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience using Lucidchart, Wipster, Smartsheets, Microsoft Teams, Shotgrid and SyncSketch.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to juggle and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to design and follow department workflow guidelines and policies.
- Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.
- Agility to shift priorities.
- Creative and Production projects and/or agency environment experience is a plus,
- Other Technical and Management Skills
- Ability & willingness to learn new technologies & concepts quickly. Interest in technology & digital innovation to solve complex customer and marketer problems.
- Must be able to become a proficient superuser of all software used (Workfront, Lucidchart, Wipster, Smartsheets, Microsoft Teams, Shotgrid and SyncSketch) by Mattel TV and be able to take over support from existing team members.
- Maintain, drive, and implement robust technical standards, systems, processes, and documentation to ensure compliance with corporate specifications and standards.
- Influence technology strategies and decisions with a high-level of expertise.
