• Prepare instruction manuals, job aids, process and procedure documents.
• Have technical accuracy in writing user documentation and create technical documentation after a thorough collaboration with subject matter experts and technical staff.
• Convert complex documentation to easy language for multiple audiences.
• Create process manuals and job aids with screenshots and tutorials.
• Communicate complex ideas in a concise manner.
• PMG patching processes and procedures require review and modernization to support organizational changes to function as a combined back procedure and align with Vul/ patch management policies. The existing processes lack the level of maturity required and are operationally ineffective. This is essential to align with controls being followed and evidencable.
