We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Manufacturing Test Engineer to join our dynamic team. As an Electrical Manufacturing Test Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our electrical manufacturing processes. Your expertise will contribute to the overall success of our products, enabling us to provide exceptional user experiences and foster stronger connections among individuals globally.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sampling procedures, forms, and instructions for recording, evaluating, and reporting quality and reliability data.
• Create programs to assess the precision and accuracy of production equipment, testing, measurement, and analytical tools and facilities.
• Prepare training materials and conduct training sessions on quality control activities, as necessary.
• Demonstrate specialized knowledge in various areas of quality control engineering, including design, incoming material, process control, product evaluation, product reliability, inventory control, metrology, automated testing, software, research and development, and administrative applications.
• Provide guidance to a team of technicians engaged in measuring and testing products, ensuring accurate data collection and analysis of materials, product, or process quality and reliability.

• Previous experience with computer applications and software related to the engineering field, including Computer-Aided Design (CAD).

Top must-have HARD skills:

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in electrical manufacturing test engineering.
• Prefer experience with quality processes using Six Sigma

Good to have skills:

• Optical, Camera, RF or Audio Test Experience
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes.
• Experience in test automation and FW.

Required Experience:

Required Education and Certifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or an equivalent field.
