Workday Reporting Analyst

Duration: 03-04 Months.

  • We are searching for someone who has an extensive background in reporting/analytics (specifically Workday) – and a basic knowledge of TA. This position will support the Talent Acquisition Operations team by creation and maintenance of data surrounding performance, cost avoidance and recruitment strategy.
  • As a Workday Reporting Analyst, you will support delivery leads through ad-hoc and reoccurring reporting, deep-dive analysis, and assist in the making of recommendations designed to improve recruiting initiatives and strategies.

Skills: Must Have

  • 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, and/or Project Management.
  • 5+ years of business experience, preferably working in a client service environment or presenting to executive-level colleagues.
  • Strong Workday experience required.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including working knowledge of Excel with formulas/macros, trending analysis, pivot tables, analyzing and manipulating large data sets.

Experience:

  • You will be identifying and presenting metrics along with insights to management to solve issues and improve recruiting initiatives.
  • You will be communicating analytic results to the business audience using static and dynamic graphic and tabular displays of data, written reports, and presentations.
  • You will own end-to-end life cycle of reoccurring and ad-hoc reporting including maintaining existing reports.
  • You will be automating the reporting tools to make it run efficiently and produce reports on a recurring basis, with an automated quality check process built in.
  • You will collaborate with management to set operational objectives and prepare action steps toward achievement of those objectives.
  • You will be responsible for managing multiple significant initiatives and prioritizing deliverables according to business needs.
  • You will partner with recruiting leaders, mid to executive level, to diagnose hiring bottlenecks for complex pipelines and provide recommendations to improve efficiency.

Professional Qualification:

  • Bachelor's (BA/BS) degree or equivalent work experience required.

Experience Required: 04-05 Years.

Shift: Mon – Fri, 01st Shift and 40 hrs
