Work Schedule: M-F, Business hours Responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive growth and enhance brand visibility and value perception for B2B stakeholders of Retail Pharmacy. This role involves people management, significant cross-functional collaboration, plus insight and evidence development to create effective marketing and sales materials that will resonate with target audiences.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and oversee the implementation of comprehensive B2B marketing strategies and plans aligned with the company's overall business objectives and goals.
  • Design and deliver marketing campaigns and content that drive increased brand value perception, customer engagement, lead generation and profitable growth. Utilizing various channels including digital marketing, content marketing, social media, email marketing, sales enablement, events and more.
  • Deepen B2B stakeholder insights (e.g. segmentation, customer journey, value drivers) to identify opportunities to optimize impactful positioning, influencing opportunities, and engagement channels
  • Develop solution and/or account-specific sales enablement content (pitch decks, topic power slides, 1-pager collateral) tailoring value proposition and Retail Pharmacy client & member support performance to maximize value perception and meaningful competitive differentiation
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration and external research and discovery of proof point support for prioritized content topics
  • Analyze customer and competitor data to understand customer needs, preferences, behaviors, perceptions, and competitive positioning to advance meaningful differentiation of the Retail Pharmacy value proposition
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to marketing initiatives such as customer acquisition, digital reach/engagement, campaign reach/engagement, message impact, etc. using data-driven insights to support optimization
  • Identify and develop close collaboration with key peers and leaders across functional and organization teams such as sales, product, and creative services to ensure alignment, execution and integration of marketing efforts with overall business goals; collaborate with internal and external agencies and vendors to execute marketing initiatives

Skills:

  • 10+ years marketing, product management or communications experience. Proven track record of leading successful marketing programs to drive business growth / value

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field; MBA a plus
