Location: Worcester, MA Seeking a skilled and autonomous Nurse Practitioner to provide evidence-based primary and family care in collaboration with a multidisciplinary clinical team. The role involves comprehensive patient assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and health education to improve patient outcomes and support overall wellness.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up for acute and chronic conditions
  • Conduct health counseling and develop personalized care plans
  • Perform routine examinations and diagnostic testing
  • Educate patients on preventive care, lifestyle choices, and chronic condition management
  • Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure quality, integrated care
  • Manage administrative duties: opening/closing clinic, maintaining inventory, verifying insurance, processing payments, and ensuring a clean clinical environment
  • Support wellness and behavioral health initiatives to improve patient outcomes
  • Work flexible hours, including alternate weekends and possible holiday rotations

Education/Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Family Nurse Practitioner program
  • Current National Board Certification (FNP-C or FNP-BC)
  • Active state license to practice as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse
  • BLS certification (required upon offer)
  • Eligible or willing to obtain DEA registration
  • Proven ability to work independently and in collaborative care environments
