Seeking a skilled and autonomous Nurse Practitioner to provide evidence-based primary and family care in collaboration with a multidisciplinary clinical team. The role involves comprehensive patient assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and health education to improve patient outcomes and support overall wellness.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up for acute and chronic conditions
- Conduct health counseling and develop personalized care plans
- Perform routine examinations and diagnostic testing
- Educate patients on preventive care, lifestyle choices, and chronic condition management
- Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure quality, integrated care
- Manage administrative duties: opening/closing clinic, maintaining inventory, verifying insurance, processing payments, and ensuring a clean clinical environment
- Support wellness and behavioral health initiatives to improve patient outcomes
- Work flexible hours, including alternate weekends and possible holiday rotations

Education/Experience:
- Master’s degree in Family Nurse Practitioner program
- Current National Board Certification (FNP-C or FNP-BC)
- Active state license to practice as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse
- BLS certification (required upon offer)
- Eligible or willing to obtain DEA registration
- Proven ability to work independently and in collaborative care environments
