Contract - 06+ Months Extendable
You’ll be responsible to coordinate and drive the successful completion of CMX projects including creative ad feedback and approvals, campaign launches and other key deliverables. Account Managers need to excel in problem-solving and project management and should be well-organized, detail-oriented and flexible. Shift: Hybrid The Accounts Payable Finance position is responsible invoice processing, researching and responding to vendor and internal inquiries regarding invoice payments while ensuring compliance with process controls. The position will also consist of cross-training on all assigned responsibilities of invoice processing.

Shift: Mon to Fri, 7:30 am - 4:3 pm Small Description: This contingent worker will be working with excel spreadsheet reports daily, making sure that orders are placed, necessary documents are signed, and trucks are routed. There will be some light scheduling/rescheduling of truck routes when changes arise. The candidate should have some kind of dispatch/truck routing experience, customer service skills, Outlook skills, and be able to multi-task. They will be using Oracle, Descartes, and Kofax in this role so experience with any of these is a plus
Shift: Mon to Fri, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm Small Description (mandatory): On a day-to-day basis, the temp will be responsible for supporting multiple customer locations in the Peninsula/South Bay/East Bay. At these customer locations, we have the capability to provide these services: mail, shipping & receiving, copy/production center, reception, hospitality, and conference room setups. The job responsibilities will vary depending on which customer site the temp is at for the day.
